Private tranquil gardens and stunning old world veranda with views across the bay to Mornington pier, the golf course, and the red cliffs and sandy beaches along the coastline. Follow the path outside your door to the beautiful beach below and complete your day with a relaxing drink and BBQ on the deck.

The second living room is an informal sunroom overlooking the front garden. The Kitchen; Substantial family size kitchen featuring central breakfast/dining table and new appliances including large electric oven, gas hot plates, microwave, coffee pod machine, servery to the lounge and dining room, spacious fridge and another split system AC.

The Bedrooms; The 3 bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests. Large master bedroom with queen bed, wide sea views and ceiling fan. Another queen size bed and ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, and 2x single bunks in the childrens bedroom.

The Bathroom & Laundry; Family bathroom with vanity, quality shower over the bath and a separate toilet. The washing machine and sink is adjacent to the kitchen bench, with iron and board also available.
