Firstly I’d like to apologies for the late reply but unfortunately I have been away since you sent through the email.

 

I would like to extend my gratitude. The property was a fantastic; it was well presented and did not leave me, or my team, wanting when we arrived as so many properties do after seeing photos they present.

 

I would also like to thank you for your prompt response when I contacted you. I was it quite a pickle as you may have noticed trying to organise accommodation a day prior to the planned travel dates. I had been given the run-around by another two property companies one of witch did not want to give me quotes and another would not confirm the property availability for weeks (even after I made countless follow-up calls with them).

 

I will be singing your praises to my colleagues and friends and I will be selecting you as my preferred property organiser for travel along the Mornington Peninsula. If you have a detailed list of properties I ask that you send it through.

 

I am expecting to organise another four day, three nights, hire some time in October/November  on a larger property the may be up to 13 attending.
