At Mornington Peninsula Holiday Accommodation we promote your property more than any other company as we provide maximum exposure using 3 holiday booking websites.
Before joining our Mornington Peninsula Holiday Accommodation booking service we will provide you with an appraisal and booklet with a checklist of everything you need to do to get your house ready for holiday rentals, some of the minimum requirements you will need are:

•    Modern large television preferably flat screen / DVD player / stereo
•    Enough seating and dining for the total amount of people the house sleeps
•    Quality modern linen on beds
•    Air conditioning (preferable)
•    BBQ facilities with outdoor seating and dining area
•    Modern/clean furnishings and furniture
•    Welcome booklet about the property and how to operate appliances

With Mornington Peninsula Holiday Accommodation you can either offer your property periodically (must be available from Christmas to the end of January min 4 weeks) or you can join to take bookings all year round, the joining fee includes all your advertising and a colour brochure.  We do require that you arrange professional photographs with our recommended photographer for the advertising. This will enable your property to be promoted to its maximum potential thereby ensuring more inquiry.

Once the advertising is all set up we can start taking bookings, each time we take a booking we contact you for approval first, a cash bond is always taken for your peace of mind.
